No. It is designed as an additional WhatsApp recovery layer on top of Stripe's retries and emails.
Who owns the WhatsApp number?
The merchant should use their own WhatsApp Business account and number.
How do you charge?
Launch pricing is performance-based: a fee on attributed recovered revenue.
Is it self-serve?
Yes. The hosted dashboard is built for self-serve install, test, and activation.
Do customers need opt-in?
Yes. Merchants are responsible for collecting and storing valid opt-in for operational WhatsApp messaging where required.
Can the Stripe App be the whole product?
No. The Stripe App should stay thin. The hosted app and Worker are the real platform.
