RecoupFlow provides a hosted software service that helps merchants recover failed Stripe Billing payments via merchant-owned WhatsApp assets.

Data we process

We may process merchant account identifiers, business contact details, WhatsApp configuration data, webhook events, recovery event data, customer contact data made available by the merchant, and billing or support records.

Roles

In most cases the merchant acts as controller for end-customer data and RecoupFlow acts as processor providing the service.

Retention

Operational data is retained only as long as required for service delivery, security, billing, support, and legal obligations.

Core subprocessors may include Cloudflare, Stripe, and Meta/WhatsApp. See the subprocessors page for the current list.
