Service

RecoupFlow provides software and related support for WhatsApp-based failed-payment recovery on top of Stripe Billing.

Merchant obligations

The merchant must provide accurate onboarding information, maintain rights to use connected Stripe and WhatsApp assets, and ensure lawful customer messaging including required opt-in where applicable.

Fees

Fees are based on the commercial plan accepted by the merchant, including any agreed performance percentage and attribution window.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful messaging, spam, deceptive payment collection, or any activity that violates Stripe, Meta, or local law.
